ARCHITECTURE

We’re not afraid of being first;  we regularly design projects that are the first of their kind. We know owners want a project that outperforms expectations, and that’s our goal, too. At JDS, we are mindful of the impact our designs have on the life of a building, its occupants, its community, and the environment. We infuse the same strategies into our design projects as we do our sustainable

consulting work, and we’re able to deliver so much more as the architect.

We start each project by assessing specific challenges and goals, working to educate clients about project delivery and procurement methods, as well as contract types. Each project approach is curated to yield the best result, which sets the design process down the path for success. Our services typically extend past construction and into stable operations, helping to transition owners and ensure they reap the benefits of design features.
